Tender Parasite

Tender Parasite unfolds between regulated imaging and mythic narration. A guided passage through a body dissolving into fragments. Diagnostic scans drift away from their clinical function, becoming speculations to wander through. Following cracks, membranes and porous structures where bodies become permeable and identities remain unfinished. Fragments gather, disperse and return. Fragments of a body that, within systems organised through diagnosis, immunity and order, might be read as parasitic. Rather than asking what a parasite is, the work lingers on the moment a body becomes one. A body imagined not as a sealed organism, but as a site of coexistence, disidentification and continuous transformation. A soft attempt at imagining forms of resistance that emerge through porosity and inhabiting. Perhaps it is within these in-between spaces that dreaming begins.
